Our Malted with Linseed uses milled flour from one of the smallest family run flour mills, Wessex Mill , in Oxfordshire. Four generations have been milling in Wantage and the mill has a history going back to the Doomsday Book. They source high quality wheat from inspected farms in Oxfordshire and mill it to suit our bakery.
Our tasty Wholemeal is made with stoneground organic flour from local millers Doves Farm and makes wonderful robust sandwiches.
People come from counties around to try our bread. The 100% Rye Sourdough with sunflower & pumpkin seeds is a firm favourite.
